Every sling is custom-made.

The manufacture of our slings is completely custom-made. We have managed to create very high and safe slings. Dyneema® is classified as the strongest fiber in the world.

Ropes made with Dyneema® have a slight higher strength than a steel wire of the same dimension, while being 7 to 10 times lighter in weight.

When splicing a rope, it will always lose strength, but a professional splice will secure that the reduction of the breaking strength is only 11%

We work with a safety factor of 7:1, depending on the minimum breaking load of the rope. For example, if we are working with a Dyneema® of 30mm in diameter and its minimum breaking load is 80T, the safety workload (SWL) 11T.

Working with Dyneema® we achieve greater resistance, work with slings 10 times lighter than steel wire to withstand the weather, torsion and immense tractive strength.

In work positions with friction or chafing, we apply inlay sleeves of Dyneema®, Spectra®, Technora®, with these protections we will be able to give a longer lasting life of the slings.
